Construction Management Services

This Division maintains IDIQ contracts with multiple Districts of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), the US Department of State (DOS), and Air Force Center for Engineering and Environment (AFCEE).  These services are managed from our Division offices in Elkridge, MD, and San Antonio, TX with projects executed through our network of regional offices using local personnel.  Our firm’s seasoned construction superintendents, construction quality control and safety professionals together with our strategic design partners bring extensive experience in traditional approaches, as well as cutting-edge applied technologies in sustainable construction practices.
