Rudolph/Libbe believes that project closeout starts well before the project is completed. Our aim is to arrive at project completion with the smallest punchlist possible. The Project Manager works closely with the client and A/E team to develop a final punchlist, which is rigorously refined and completed until accepted by the client and A/E team. Once the punchlist is completed, the Project Manager initiates the remainder of the project closeout process, which includes:

  • Site cleanup/demobilization
  • Owner training
  • Final regulatory inspections
  • Distribution of as-built drawings
  • Compilation of warranties/O&M manuals/contact list
  • Owner acceptance
  • Final client satisfaction survey
  • Internal lessons learned conference

At Rudolph/Libbe, our goal is to exceed client expectations. We adhere to a strict process during project closeout, to ensure client satisfaction.
