Construction Services
Projects, construction sites, large building projects which make a good impression on the locality we work in.Unieco started building houses, roads and bridges in 1904. Today it works with two specialist organisations, active not just in Emilia Romagna but throughout Italy and abroad. Harmony with local organisations is the primary commitment of Unieco’s Italy Construction Division. In Milan, Genoa, Rome, Trieste or Turin, in every project, job order and complex execution Unieco seeks local partners, business partners, suppliers and local bodies, who find in Unieco an ally who they can grow and compete with.
Prominent among the recent achievements of the Italy Construction Division are the treatment plant at Nosedo (Mi), the Ikea Sud Europa (Pc) maxi warehouse, the Law Courts at Brescia, the Swimming Pool at Albaro (Ge), the Gardazzurro tourist complex at Padenghe sul Garda (Bs), the Città Sant’Angelo Village and other outlets but also the structures for the Alta Velocità (High Speed) railway, streets, bridges and underground railway systems that make Unieco a "quality brand" recognised all over Italy.
The objective of the Emilia Construction Division is to make available to the region in which Unieco was born and grew up, all the experience, professionalism and entrepreneurial capacity for PLANNING, BUILDING and MANAGING that has been accumulated over a century. This objective is attained in public and private contracts for ever more complex building and infrastructure works. The Emilia Construction Division built the Fidenza Village (the only one in Italy belonging to the Value Retail chain) and the large Fidenza Shopping Park. It has also built the new Barilla Mill at Parma (the biggest in the world); residential buildings and important renovations; the DUC (administrative centre) of the City of Parma; swimming pools and integrated sports centres (in Reggio Emilia and Parma) and residential installations and extremely high profile renovations in the old towns.
