In general, Cooling systems include: cutting area, slaughterhouse processing area, carcass cooling systems, carcass meat shredding and processing department, meat offal cooling systems, general freezing warehouses, advanced processed meat products processing, preservation and storage areas. A cold chain is formed from cutting area in Slaughterhouse to the area of last shipment. We use special cooling systems and technologies for a high meat quality in all areas and minimum weight loss. We designed exclusive evaporators to provide a color stability in meat in cold storage warehouses and which guarantees a meat wastage under 1%.

Thanks to our exclusive capacities in freezing systems, we can offer you a performance from 100 kg to 2,000 kg per hour of carcass, vacuumed pieces, offal products.

We can lead special speed design to enable a lower air, not disturbing employees' health, in Cutting, carcass processing, meat chopping and loading areas.

We can determine deep freeze storage capacities with or without racks according to Slaughterhouses, cutting meat processing, freezing shipment daily & weekly & monthly plans.
