The Crisis Management Plan (CMP) establishes the roles and responsibilities of the Senior Levels Leader for managing any issues arising from an incident that could have Company-wide implications. These high level concerns include the protection of the Company’s reputation, operability, viability and earning power, and the plan’s invocation must ensure an integrated response at the business level. A CMP also identifies the business’ stakeholders and establishes the communication strategy.
Incident Management Plans
Incident Management Plans address all facility’s natural, manmade and operational risks, and receives input from the risk assessment process. Risk assessment evaluates hazards’ impact and occurrences’ likelihood and defines incidents’ scenarios as well as the worst case scenario.
An Incident Management Plan may content all facility’s contingency plans in just one document. In other words, fire and explosion plans, chemicals spills and gas release plans, medical evacuation, search & rescue plans and security plans may all be addressed within only one document. CCG builds plans based on the Incident Command System organization and management principles (also OFDALAC modification). These plans might be as stand-alone documents or can seamlessly integrate these plans within an Incident Management plan.
