Customer Services

Here you can find information about the locations and roles that we have in our Customer Services area of the business. Customer Services is predominantly based out of two north-west based locations, Lingley Mere in Warrington, and Whitehaven in Cumbria. Our general everyday customer contact, such as payment queries, changes to details and account queries is dealt with at our Whitehaven site. At Lingley Mere, we generally cover back office work, for example, dealing with and responding to customer correspondence.
