Digital Document Management Services
Web-Based User Interface
Our digital document management systems use a web-based user interface that works much like popular search engines. Users can quickly find the document they are looking for among millions of available pages.
Search and Retrieval Functionality
As a client, you have access to multiple ways of finding the documents you are looking for. DPRA’s search options allow for full text queries, or document identification from metadata that has been entered for each document. We also find documents that are geo-referenced using a map-based interface.
Document Imaging
DPRA imaging specialists have processed millions of paper records. We have the equipment and procedures in place to process standard documents at high speed as well as capturing oversized documents and fragile records. Our imaging process includes proven quality control procedures to ensure that every page is captured properly and processed with optical character recognition for full text searching.
Metadata Capture
Analysts at DPRA review each document and capture vital metadata that is entered into the client’s data management system. Without effective metadata capture, it can be difficult or impossible to find the record that you are looking for within a large collection (thousands of pages). Clients with smaller collections may not need to capture metadata, which DPRA can also accommodate.
Litigation Support
DPRA’s document management capabilities are particularly valuable for litigation support, where it is critical that clients be able to find and retrieve all of the vital information they are looking for quickly. Our document management staff members have paralegal backgrounds and can make sure that you have the information you need.
