Ecology For Remediation
Environmental considerations play a major part in the determination of the most cost effective and appropriate solution for the engineering challenges posed by many sites. Whilst a large number of our projects involve delivering innovative remediation solutions, we are aware of our role in protecting the environment as a whole. On an increasing number of occasions, we have employed experts to deal with ecologically sensitive sites involving the preservation of habitats and protection of flora and fauna.
With our early involvement in projects, we are able to work closely with the regulators and our appointed experts to design and programme our operations to meet their requirements. This also enables us to deliver the most cost effective and timely, yet ecologically and environmentally acceptable solutions to our customers.
Our culture of actively managing natural resources efficiently in terms of energy, fuel and materials ensures our people take a similarly proactive and sympathetic approach when considering ecological challenges through taking a long term perspective.
