Our gap closure plan identifies options and alternatives to address gaps, costs and benefits associated with resolution, an estimate of the resources required, and an assessment of the impact on the overall implementation schedule.
Implementation occurs in phases to ensure an orderly, manageable project. We provide clients with documentation that defines the steps necessary for a successful installation of Q EHS software. Typically, our clients perform 10% of the work required to get their new software online, which includes data collection, initialization, and validating.
