The Engineering Division at Rancho California Water District offers a wide variety of services to the public. Most of these services are provided or initiated by the Engineering Services Department. This professional group of customer service representatives is available during regular business hours to assist whether by appointment, walk in or over the phone. They are the first point of contact when applying for a new installation of a service or just checking static water pressure. The Engineering Services group works in support of the other Engineering departments that are comprised of Development Engineering, Planning and Capital Projects, and Contracts and Inspection.
