Comprehensive EIA Process
Our approach to EIAs is to satisfy the requirements of the statutory authorities whilst maximising the value of the project to the client and ensuring that the consented project can be handed over seamlessly to the construction team. We are aware of the importance of proactive involvement in project strategy, in conjunction with client`s development team, and are familiar with the range of issues which are likely to be critical to project risk and value.
With all of our EIA projects, we ensure that critical path work is planned to ensure timely delivery of the planning application. We develop a robust project programme and critical path analysis at project inception stage. The project plan is updated on a monthly basis to track the implications of changes in delivery schedules or emerging issues.
