Environmental Protection Section for Project Documentation

The legal requirements for the project documentation were changed in 2004 which consequently brought about the changes to the content and composition of project documentation. New Urban Planning Code (2004) provides for the section “List of environmental activities (LEA)” as part of general project documentation. This new requirement was significant and has been taken into account by SHANECO GROUP experts. Based on company’s experience, our key experts developed new recommendations for the preparation of such project documentation. As per new legal requirements such issues as study of impacts, impact assessment, and measurements have been left outside the scope of the “List of environmental activities” section. At the moment, the project documentation contains the information required only for project implementation, construction process control, and safety operation measures of the object. Consequently, it becomes a structural design document.
