In regards to Act no 124/2006 Z.z. the Regulatory Decree No. 508/2009 Coll z.sets safety standards to ensure the Safety and Health at work and details of professional competence for the performance of certain work activities with lifting, electrical, gas.and under pressure equipment, Under these regulations, an operator is obliged to keep prescribed documentation, carry out the required checks and inspections and ensure that actions are only carried out by a qualified designated personnel. Set of duties are also part of Health and Safety documentation, which includes a list of the equipment and separation by level of risk and conditions for safe operation.
