Quality documentation presents a set of measures, safe working practices and managerial procedures providing orientation and approach of staff and managemant to create a safe working environment. Regular updates of correctness of the chosen system is directly proportional to its effectiveness in the prevention of occupational injuries and accidents. As part of our service we offer to clients not only a complete dosier of OSH documentation prepared on an individual basis, but also development of system of management which serves as a navigator and a consultant to establish safe work practices, solutions to the rising situations and implementation in practice.

Safety-technical service is a form of professional supervision prescribed by Act no. 124 (2006 Coll §21, 22) to all emplyers to ensure safe conditions at work. It provides expert risk assesment and application of measures and processes to prevent incident occurrence including trainings and consultations. Main quest is to implement the concept of safe work into management as well as production sector. If managed correctly it minimizes risk of incidents and thus moral and economic demages. This service is performes by Authorized Safety Technician and if required by another expert on prevention and protection in a specific area of health and safety at work.

Obligation to maintain documentation in the field of Fire protection and prevention (OPP) commands Act 314/2001Coll. Scope of the documentation is further subscribed in other relevant decrees, regulations and standards. We handle for clients all operational documentation and provide updates via Fire Protection Technician,who is also able to supervise management of operational safety and technical equipment on site (VTZ). Our Certified Fire Protection Specialist can also process the necessary project documentation (PBS) required for implementation of new technology, buildings and change in use of buildings and technological equipment.

Fire Protection Technician is a person professionally qualified and certified by Slovak Fire and Rescue Brigade authority (HaZZ), who provides by Law prescribed activities in the field of Fire Protection for organizations and employers. Via Fire Protection Technician we can provide and coordinate revisions and maintenance of fire fighting equipment, professional supervision for activities with an increased risk of fire and prescribed tests of fire retardant structures. We offer this service to clients separately or as part of a comprehensive Safety management package.
