Experimenting Services
Under Dutch law it is NOT allowed to execute activities without prior notification or permit issuance by the (local) authorities. Occasionally the possibility for experimenting has been granted in the permit within the framework of the companies playing field and the dimensions and features of the facilities.
Prior to starting experimental tests the local authorities need to be notified. The best approach is by means of personal communication and the preparation of an experimentation plan. In this plan the environmental impact of the anticipated tests has been documented. Part of the plan is also a protocol for monitoring all potential emissions.
