To support VFP Industries` production requirements, we added the capabilities to produce our own metal fabrication. With the capability for short or long run jobs, that operation can now provide a wide range of OEM services to the public.
Our OEM service capabilities include steel fabrication, certified welding, sheet metal fabrication, hot dip galvanizing and more. Through manufacturing efficiencies, we can provide value-engineered components that are produced under our stringent quality standards.
Our collection of equipment includes a LVD/Strippit P-1223 CNC turret press, PPEB 110/42 press brake with 160 in bending bed, 85 ton Geka iron worker, KMT guillotine saw, plasma cutting table, break press, hydraulic press, and material handling and support equipment. All of our equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated according to the manufacturer’s recommended practice.
