ECS Offers a Variety of Facilities Assessment Services
- Structural Evaluations assess deterioration and damage issues, change of in-service use, mechanical equipment upgrades, conditions after over load events and retaining walls.
- Fall Protection Testing and Certification helps ensure that a building’s fall protection system, typically provided by roof anchors, is properly certified. (Note: window washing crews and others also use these anchor systems to provide building maintenance).
- Parking Structure Restoration provides visual observations, sounding, testing, crack mapping and identification, oversight of any repair process, and client assistance.
- Forensic Engineering assessment to help determine the nature of building system(s) and / or component failures – everything from the performance of the overall façade or superstructure to the condition of connection welds and bolts.
