The research and development conducted on applications of the Turbo Technology have enabled VOMM to develop more than a hundred international patents covering innovative processes and new equipment applied to various industries (flours, rubbers, soaps, detergents, sludges, waste, biomasses, etc.).

The market immediately embraced VOMM Turbo Technology with enthusiasm, and there are now more than five hundred plants installed worldwide, in industries ranging from food to the environment, chemicals and pharmaceuticals.

Today, VOMM is a sound, consolidated worldwide benchmark, one of the most respected providers of innovative environmental and industrial technological solutions: a perfect example of true Made in Italy technology.

We have received major awards, such as the Milan Chamber of Commerce Technological Innovation Award (1996 and 1997) and the Award for the best environmental project in CHINA for the Beijing city wastewater treatment sludge drying plant (2010). Our technology was chosen for the environmental infrastructures of the city of Sochi (RUSSIA), where the 2014 Winter Olympics games were held.

Over the years, we have taken part in several European Community projects (Life, Brite and Eureka).

We are a partner of the LIFE+ "Sustainable Cruise" European project, which aims to reduce, recover and recycle the organic waste produced on cruise ships to reduce their environmental impact on the marine ecosystem to zero.
