Workplace Ordinance, Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health, Ordinance on Hazardous Substances etc. – these ordinances give you, as a business operator, both responsibility and flexibility with regard to handling occupational health and safety topics in your own company.
The key activity determining all further activities is the workplace risk assessment. The risk assessment and the resulting risk minimization activities form the base for the respective operating procedures, process documentations, staff inductions and training and multiple other activities and documentation.
Additionally all work equipment representing a potential safety hazard must be inspected on a regular basis. Inspection intervals and test requirements can be determined by legal requirements or must be autonomously determined by the company in accordance with the risk assessment.
We cannot relieve you of the responsibility for your business, but we can provide active support in planning and setting up a legally compliant organization or a work safety management system. Particularly for small and medium-sized or municipal enterprises, it is not always easy to evaluate the extensive legal requirements regarding occupational health and safety on their own and to continuously monitor compliance.
The P+R team includes a certified occupational safety expert (FASi) and several very experienced experts in occupational health and safety who are involved in the legal compliance and EHS auditing programs of renowned international corporations.
Our team can successfully look back on many years of practical expertise in the planning, implementation and auditing of occupational health and safety systems in a variety of different industrial and commercial businesses, such as refineries, pharmaceutical companies, automotive manufacturers, industrial bakeries, water utility companies, waste management companies, landfills and construction companies.
