High-pressure water jets find numerous applications in industrial cleaning, urban cleaning and every time non-invasive cleaning is required on industrial machinery, piping systems, reactors, painting machines, tanks, artificial basins and in urban areas such as squares, arcades, railway stations, monuments etc. Our high-pressure devices does not use acids or solvents, then our interventions do not pollute the environment and are also cheaper than traditional ones. The main operating principle of the technique we use is not the high amount of water used to remove dirt, but the elevated pressure of the water-jet. The effectiveness of our system relies on it.This cleaning technique has been successfully used in the automotive industry.
A special system of pumps and fixed pipes allows the use of high pressure water-jets to clean the internal piping systems of automatic or robotic painting machinery. The latest-generation pumps, that are still undergoing further development, have a 1500 bar pressure and a 2 litres/min. water flow and can be used to clean every type of machinery and plant thanks to their reduced weight and dimensions and to their easiness of use.
Hydrodynamic cleaning, moreover, is particularly suited to clean cataphoretic ovens, teflon-coated grids and conveyor chains. Due to the minimum amount of water used for the cleaning operations, the machinery can be restarted in a short time. Special fixing devices have been designed to fix mobile clamps with rotating nozzles to wash the machinery surfaces during the operational cycle, thus performing an in-depth and homogeneous cleaning without the need of further personnel intervention.
