Fabrication of mechanical, electrical and automation systems, components and spare parts
Our top-modern manufacturing facilities and workshops make it possible to undertake a full range of fabrication work while sticking to project timelines. Our five different sites serve projects across the globe for our customers.
- Fabrication of waste heat boilers, boiler systems, cooling stacks, skirting and cleaning systems as well as plant components and systems as part of the CI portfolio
- Fabrication of devices for the sterilisation of infectious waste
- Fabrication of instrumentation and control distributors/cabinets, automation cabinets, control panels, as well as devices for the sterilisation of infectious waste
- Fabrication of spare parts for all mechanical equipment in the CI portfolio (including cooler hoods, skirting/skirt supports, lances, channels, superheaters, pre-evaporators and evaporators, elements for combustion chamber roofs, breathable membrane walls, rotary furnaces, gas turbines in the models GE Frame 3, 5, 6B und 9E, auxiliary and load gears, generators, etc.)
- Fabrication of spare parts for rotating and static equipment from third-party providers for the oil and gas industry, as well as the chemical industry and the paper and pulp industry
- Supervision of fabrication processes, modern welding techniques, pipe bending techniques
- Comprehensive quality testing and quality analyses to ensure the quality of all facilities, components and spare parts we produce, including complete documentation (material and component tests, chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, x-ray, lifetime and failure analyses)
- Coordinating/carrying out of transport and logistics services
- Adherence to international manufacturing standards
Pre-mounting of Technological Components
The pre-mounting of the plant components and systems that we produce provides for efficient FATs under real conditions, reduces the risk of errors during plant assembly and reduces the time needed to commission new plants. This results in the shortest possible start-up times and reduces delays until a plant is operational.

Frame and Container Solutions
These solutions are employed in the construction of specialised and custom machinery, where the focus is on compact, mobile process units and solutions – ready-made, mounted and ready to work.

Development of Prototypes
Prototyping is first and foremost a part of internal and external R&D projects with universities or industry. The different project and process requirements in the environmental and chemical sectors, as well as the oil and gas industry, give us the opportunity to employ our know-how in a variety of different ways, to test new findings and technologies and to make them viable for industrial use.
