Commercial Interior design incorporates a great deal more than design and we encompass strategic planning to ensure the environment we create responds to meet clients’ current and future needs. To achieve this involves creating interiors which are both innovative and flexible.
We offer a complete interior design service from inception to completion. This includes a range of services from space planning to furniture selection. We tailor our services to your individual requirements and will work with you from early concept design through to completion of the project.

Frankham’s Interior designers fully engage with stakeholders to understand aspirations and interpret these. We create exciting and innovative interior designs, whilst maintaining commercial awareness and delivering to programme.

An important aspect of this is Stakeholder engagement to ensure all users, staff and public are taken on the journey throughout the design process.

We undertake projects in a range of sectors including offices, retail, restaurants, health, education and other public buildings. We create new contemporary workspace environments, caring interiors for healthcare and inspiring restaurants, libraries and sports centres.

We also develop Interior design branding schemes for multiple rollout.

We have a vast experience of working on a variety of existing buildings, dealing with constraints and creating innovative solutions. We have worked on a range of projects located in various and challenging locations and have experience of delivery fast track projects and a variety of budgets.

We have a great deal of experience liaising with planning and building control, other statutory authorities, leaseholders and management agents. The consideration of sustainability is a very important aspect of interior projects and we have a wide range of experience of achieving BREEAM on projects.
