Envirotech operates a NMOCD permitted commercial landfarm facility and a NMED permitted commercial landfarm facility designed for the treatment of hydrocarbon-contaminated soils. Utilizing landfarming technology, photodegradation processes, and bioremediation processes, Envirotech's Soil Remediation Facilities have successfully treated several hundred thousand cubic yards of hydrocarbon contaminated soil. Our permit limits waste acceptance at these facilities to non-hazardous or exempt petroleum contaminated soils, including those wastes associated with UST's, petroleum production, and refining operations. Waste media characterized as non-hazardous by analysis can be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Envirotech provides Landfarm services which assist us in the remediation and disposal of waste. Our landfarm services include:

  • Soil and Groundwater Remediation
  • Waste Stream Management and Disposal
  • Oilfield Waste Management
  • Site Reclamation
  • Soil and Groundwater Analysis
  • Site Assessments and Audits

Envirotech owns and operates two Soil Remediation Facilities, consisting of 360 acres, under the oversight of and by permit from the NMOCD. The soil in our first landfarm facility, Landfarm #1, has met Water Quality Control Commission (WQCC) requirements and has been closed under guidelines established by the NMOCD. Landfarm #2 is permitted for oilfield related wastes. Additionally, Envirotech operates a non-oilfield Soil Remediation Facility, Landfarm #3, permitted through the NMED. These remediation facilities accept hydrocarbon-contaminated soils for thin-spread landfarming. All three landfarms are located 13 miles south of Bloomfield, New Mexico on U.S. Highway 550. Waste Stream Management and Disposal
Envirotech provides “turn-key” management services for industrial and commercial waste stream treatment and disposal. Waste stream services include: evaluation of waste stream and compliance monitoring and testing. Envirotech also assists in obtaining operating or closure permits through coordination and communications with the appropriate regulatory agencies.

Envirotech will assess and eliminate oilfield waste. We also reclaim and close production pits, drill pits, waste water sumps, and run-off sumps. All of this is done with coordination and compliance with the appropriate regulatory agencies.

Envirotech provides reclamation services for those sites that have been contaminated by hazardous or non-hazardous materials. These sites can be treated using our landfarm services and then reclaimed for their proper use.

Using our Laboratory services, Envirotech will provide soil and groundwater analysis to ensure that sites have not been contaminated, determine the level of contamination, and then determine a suitable remediation plan.

Careful monitoring of oilfield's and other potentially hazardous sites can prevent environmental issues. Envirotech will provide site assessments, including risk assessment and site prioritization to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and minimize potential liability.
