The Envirotech, Inc. laboratory is a full service environmental laboratory that provides a wide range of analytical services to meet the needs of our broad client base. Our facility and equipment allow us to streamline our analysis to increase productivity and efficiency while providing accurate data to meet your specific requirements.

Federal and state law requires building owners and facility operators to disclose the presence of asbestos containing materials, minimize exposure, and provide for abatement during remodeling, renovation, and/or demolition. Envirotech employs a staff of certified asbestos professionals who can manage the entire process from the initial survey and sample collection to the laboratory testing. In addition, our staff can develop a management plan and abatement program, remove your building, and monitor your compliance process.

Envirotech operates a NMOCD permitted commercial landfarm facility and a NMED permitted commercial landfarm facility designed for the treatment of hydrocarbon-contaminated soils. Utilizing landfarming technology, photodegradation processes, and bioremediation processes, Envirotech"s Soil Remediation Facilities have successfully treated several hundred thousand cubic yards of hydrocarbon contaminated soil. Our permit limits waste acceptance at these facilities to non-hazardous or exempt petroleum contaminated soils, including those wastes associated with UST"s, petroleum production, and refining operations. Waste media characterized as non-hazardous by analysis can be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
