Lead-Based Paint Consulting Services
LCA provides comprehensive XRF Inspections/Risk Assessments.EPA and State Certified Lead Inspectors and Risk Assessors perform surveys to meet various OSHA, HUD, and EPA regulatory requirements. LCA uses XRF Spectrum LPA-1 Analyzers to determine the amount of lead in a painted surface. The XRF analyzer provides readings in 30 seconds without disturbing or damaging the surface and significantly reducing survey fees. LCA provides a final report for each investigation that includes the scope of work, sampling procedures, a description of the structure, analysis of results and recommendations based on findings.
LCA can prepare Lead Abatement Plans and Specifications and a complete set of bid documents based on the project plans and specifications sufficient to allow bidding of the physical abatement work. Moreover, LCA will conduct a pre-bid walkthrough, collect the opened bids, and evaluate each qualified abatement company. Following the lead abatement contract award, Lead Consultants of America, Inc. will provide lead air monitoring & project oversight.
LCA will manage the abatement contractor to ensure that the abatement contractor is adhering to the regulatory instructions as well as the Project Specifications. At the completion of the abatement activities, LCA will produce a complete set of closeout documents that include daily field reports, a record waste manifests, and any other pertinent documentation.
