LCA provides comprehensive XRF Inspections/Risk Assessments.EPA and State Certified Lead Inspectors and Risk Assessors perform surveys to meet various OSHA, HUD, and EPA regulatory requirements. LCA uses XRF Spectrum LPA-1 Analyzers to determine the amount of lead in a painted surface. The XRF analyzer provides readings in 30 seconds without disturbing or damaging the surface and significantly reducing survey fees. LCA provides a final report for each investigation that includes the scope of work, sampling procedures, a description of the structure, analysis of results and recommendations based on findings.

LCA, Inc. provides a full range of scope of services required by the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), New York City, and New York State that include AHERA type Asbestos Surveys, Asbestos Abatement Design, Preparation of Bid Documents and Third Party Air Monitoring & Project Oversight Services. All LCA employees are licensed by the State of New York and by a majority of states requiring certification. Our personnel are required to have a broad knowledge of Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM) with a solid foundation in construction and asbestos abatement management.

LCA utilizes Certified Industrial Hygienists (CIH) with extensive experience in the evaluation of indoor environments and industrial hygiene technicians to perform Indoor Air Quality Investigations. Typically the purpose of the investigations is to evaluate conditions within the building and compare the findings to existing guidelines. Our report will include an assessment of the building conditions, the analytical data, and our recommendations (as necessary) for improving the indoor air quality conditions.
