Lead Technician Mentoring

Customized training develops the student’s abilities to be pro-active, recognize potential problems before they happen, and manage CQA crews.. Typically, the training lasts 3-5 days with 1-2 in a classroom environment and 3-4 days spent in the field on an actual project. Watch your bottom line increase as lead technicians take on more responsibilities, freeing up engineering staff to handle more projects. Requirements: minimum of two-seasons of CQA experience in the areas for which they will be trained (earthwork or geosynthetics).
