Designed to maximize impact and sustainability, our programs emphasize local capacity building for staff and partners. For staff, we offer numerous mentoring and shadowing programs that allow staff to grow into positions of leadership on projects. For local partners, we offer capacity building and technical assistance in financial and project management, including our Quality Management System.
