How can we help?
- Property Portfolio Assessment
Our qualified advisors will carry out energy assessment of your complete buildings portfolio. Our tool works on the principle of Building Information Modelling which creates 3D models of buildings and uses them to run analyses. Once the assessment is complete we then categorise your buildings based on their energy performance ratings. The asset rating of the building will be compared with the Operational Rating to see how the building is actually performing versus the performance it is capable of delivering.
- Advice and Recommendations
Following the assessment we will hand over to you a recommendation report. The recommendation report will provide specific recommendations on measures suited to the nature of the building which will help you identify potential financial savings that can occur as a result of installing these measures. The report offered is either a broad set of recommendations for your entire portfolio or specific to each building based on your requirement.
- Implementation Support & Behavioural Change
Our services can also be extended to assist you to find and locate accredited installers in the market to carry out installation of the recommended measures.
To achieve best results in energy reduction it is not only important to improve your building energy performance by improving building fabric but it is also vital to optimise the energy usage in the building. This will involve educating and encouraging your staff to optimise energy usage. We also offer staff training and awareness programs where required.
