Scope of work
- Perform a three-year maintenance contract for all meters and flow instruments for Total E&P
- Perform quality control for all flow meter and instrumentsPerform comprehensive maintenance services which include preventive and corrective maintenance
- Prepare and develop maintenance program and strategy to ensure the reliability and accuracyManage and record all meter calibration activities
- Provide, maintain, & replenish all necessary spare-parts
- Implement modifications to enhance performance of Total E&P equipment and as a result of spares obsolescence and involve in Total E&P maintenance management system
- This high-profile project is currently underway and encompasses all TOTAL E&P major sites, both on-shore and off-shore, including Central Processing Area at Handil, Tatun South, Tatun North, Bekapai, Senipah and Peciko.
Rendering Area 1 to Area 9 Steam Pipe Insulation Repair and Maintenance for Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Duri Field
Scope of work
- Performed inspection, maintenance and repair on hot service insulation system on steam distribution lines
- Designed detail specifications for materials of insulation and weatherproofing to aboveground piping
- Tested and certified all materials
- Supplied permanent and temporary materials and consumables materials
Contract for Meter Oxygen Analyzer Maintenance Services for Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Duri Field
scope of work
- Performed maintenance services on turbine flow meter for feed water pump including calibration, repairs, and proving
- Performed fuel gas flow meter maintenance
- Calibrated and repaired oxygen analyzers
- Managed strategic spare-parts replacement
Maintenance of Gas Plants Control & Instrumentation System for Caltex Pacific Indonesia, Bekasap
Scope of work
- Performed maintenance services of control and instrumentation system for all gas processing facilities
- Performed inspection, replacement, troubleshooting, and overall monitoring to ensure feasibility and operation of all instrumentations
- Supplied all materials required including consumable materials for construction, commissioning, and two years operational spare parts
