Management Services
Through management contracts, we are contributing to the efficient provision of municipal services in the water and wastewater sectors. Public-sector clients use this option to acquire technological and management expertise and private capital in an effective manner and increase the efficiency of their operations.

A public partner commissions BWI AG to manage an existing water utility company within the framework of a management contract. Berlinwasser International’s experts then support that company, both with respect to specific tasks and day-to-day operations.
Role Allocation
Berlinwasser International has gained a reputation as a competent player in the area of international management models. This is primarily due to the extensive skills and knowledge of the specialists of Berlinwasser International.
