The existing system is used to full advantage in all simulations.  Accurate data from field measurements ensures that the model correctly simulates existing pipes and pumps.  Maximizing use of the existing system minimizes the cost of improvements.  Storage requirements are evaluated and various storage alternatives are investigated, including both elevated and ground storage.  Modeling engineers check tank performance for future conditions. When deficiencies are identified, alternative methods of solving problems will be tried and compared.
