Mineral Structural Coating

SHARE

Mineral coating is a procedure for renovating sewer manholes, sewers and sewer structures. Mortar coatings are used for sealing, re-profiling and coating masonry and concrete components. After thorough cleaning with super-pressure granulate jets and before commencing the reprofiling procedure, the structures are sealed with mineral systems or reaction resin. During re-profiling a surface suitable for coating is produced, which evens out existing irregularities and replaces detached concrete or masonry substance. In the course of the subsequent coating, a cohesive mortar layer is applied by hand or mechanically to the inner wall of sewer manholes, waste pipes and other sewer structures.
