These permits and filings include environmental impact statements for the U.S. EPA, filings and statements for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, dredge and fill permits for the Army Corps of Engineers, as well as local flood control permits, solid waste permits under state health department programs and miscellaneous other permits and filings in compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
