Mold Remediation

Gerken Environmental has provided our biological remediation services for educational institutions such as the Henderson State University - Russell Science Building. Gerken Environmental was required to place the building under negative pressure and remove all contaminated ceiling tiles, building insulation and thermal mechanical insulation. Cleaning and packaging of all educational materials remaining in the building at the commencement of the project, decontamination of all classroom and office furniture, including reinstallation of thermal insulation and ceiling systems was conducted during the fourteen day winter student break.
