Monitoring & Sampling Service

Houseman offer comprehensive service packages which include Temperature Monitoring of all stored Hot and Cold water, and distribution Temperatures. Routine sampling is also required, and samples are analysed at our UKAS accredited laboratory for the presence of bacteria, E.coli, Coliforms, and Legionella.

Houseman Datatrak is an electronic database, which will provide a recordable history of all Risk assesments, method statements, monitoring and sampling reports/results, disinfection certificates. and service reports. As a valued Houseman customer, you will be provided with your own client login, enabling you access to this information 24hrs a day seven days a week, enabling you to comply with current legislation, specified in ACoPL8.
