National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Services

EnSafe has in-depth knowledge and experience providing services related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 7 Endangered Species Act, and Sections 110 and 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act. We understand the critical impact these requirements can have on land transactions and/or land development, and EnSafe has successfully navigated the process for clients in the past several years, including selection as part of the NEPA team to evaluate potential routes for a new bridge crossing the Mississippi River.
