In the UK we are quite unique as a manufacturer of the analysis equipment. This ensures we have a full complement of parts in both of our UK factories. Our UK-based service teams travel with a wider range of components than most and so any issue can usually be rectified on-site. Protea even offer replacement analyser availability, if service requirements result in critical analysers being offline for a longer than normal period.

Globally, our fully trained distributor network will support you from delivery, through installation and post-installation for many years. With remote access and flexible support times, Protea is always on hand to give our partners the support they need, ensuring their customers are always operational.
