For example, the hazardous chemical hexachlorobenzene (HCB) can be processed into benzene, which can be re-used or sold.
PCB Treatment

Through patented process technologies Hydrodec completely re-manufactures and dechlorinates PCBs without generations of hazardous by-products and with de minimis air emissions.
