United Consulting has conducted over 4,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) through-out the USA for local and national clients. Most ESAs are completed in accordance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), “All Appropriate Inquiry” Rules1, dated November 1, 2005 (Rules), and the general methodology of ASTM-1527-13 Standard for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments. These scopes do not include testing or surveys, such as for lead, asbestos, mold, endangered species, vapor intrusion, radon, wetlands and other non-scope issues. United Consulting can conduct any of the above surveys if desired. United Consulting also conducts ESAs according to other scopes, such as Wal-Mart, Fannie Mae, Home Depot and other companies’ customized scopes.
