Burst-lining

• Burst-lining is a trenchless, environmentally friendly pipe renewal system. With this type of pipe replacement, the old pipe is cracked in the ground, the fragments forced into the surrounding soil and after that the new pipe is pulled in along the same location line. However, this is only possible above a diameter of 65 mm. Pipe diameter extensions are realizable in the same operation step.

Open cut construction

• Frisch & Faust does open cut tunnelling for pipeline networks in all nominal diameters, at every depth and in all materials. We are a certified company and hold all required certificates and legal documents.

Press-in / Drawing process

• Old pipes are pressed out with the aid of auxiliary steel pipes. New pipes are pulled into place along the same location line. Existing pipes are replaced completely with new ones; nothing remains in the ground.The pulling forces are recorded for quality assurance.

Relining

• Short-pipe relining
• the pipe to be inserted is shorter than the pull-in construction pit
• Long-pipe relining
• the pipe to be inserted is longer than the pull-in construction pit and is welded outside of the construction pit to a pipe run and layed in a single work step.
