ECS has served the metropolitan Washington, DC area for more than 25 years providing geotechnical engineering, environmental consulting, construction materials testing and observations, facilities engineering services, and more recently code compliance consulting services. ECS is approved to provide Third Party Plan Review services for the District of Columbia. Less formal peer review services are provided in numerous DC area jurisdictions.
ECS Plan Review Services enhance client designs to meet locally adopted codes and standards, as well as national accessibility requirements best practices. Reviews typically focus on the following elements and systems:
