The maintenance service that ELDES offers can be Preventive (annual calibrations, replacement of consumable parts), Corrective (resolution of unpredictable failures and repairs) and Evolutionary (technological updates). In the Meteorology Business Line, maintenance services find their maximum expression, conducted on both ELDES proprietary systems and third-party systems. Furthermore, ELDES can offer its services even outside the national territory through a network of Certified Partners.
Still in the Meteorology Business Line, ELDES has also defined a high-level training offer through courses aimed at users, maintenance technicians and forecasters, based on the level of experience and previous expertise.
