In order to meet these commitments, the Process Safety & Risk Management team operates at Corporate level and uses the latest standards and Industry best practices to develop and maintain the Company risk inventory, to manage the integration of Process Safety Management and Dolphin HSES MS, to develop and monitor the reporting of process safety metrics, to develop the business continuity and enterprise risk management systems.
In addition, the process safety and risk management function provides the required safety engineering and risk management technical support to operations and projects ensuring consistent implementation of Company policies and procedures.
