Procurement Services
For many major energy users, a fixed price energy deal is preferable as it provides budget certainty and aids financial planning. However, fixed procurement contracts aren’t without risks and securing your contract at the right time is crucial to achieve the best deal. At EIC we understand the issues and have created our Fixed Procurement service to help you proactively manage the associated risks. Not only do we track the markets well in advance of contract renewal dates but we also tender and negotiate with all suppliers to ensure you get the best price.
It’s All In The Timing
The EIC team are renowned for negotiating competitive contracts at the most opportune points in the market. Our Fixed Procurement service for electricity and gas adds real value by getting off the fence and advising you when we should tender on your behalf. This is done through regular Market Intelligence and tailored Price Tracker reports that monitor your future renewal costs against the wholesale market far in advance of the contract renewal date.
Fully Managed Tender
We fully manage the contract renewal process from start to finish, providing informative and concise reports. Your tender report will include a full analysis of all supplier offers including a comparison to your current costs. With prices often only available for hours at a time we ensure all information sent through to you is as clear cut and concise as possible to help facilitate your decision.
