Product and Process Development Services
The Thermal Technologies Centre can assist organisations of all sizes to develop thermal processes quickly, sustainably and cost effectively. Clients can replicate and refine their process in our open access pyrolysis and gasification facilities, or we can send our experts to your site, to deliver in situ process investigation.
The Thermal Technologies Centre can measure, model and analyse your process via thermal measurements, bed profiling, particle analysis and off-gas analysis. We can develop a model of your process and offer a bespoke solution that delivers value.
We also offer the ability to pilot our client’s product and processes. Our team can work with you to replicate your process with fully integrated measurements and produce a calibrated model. Based on this model, which may be combined with the outputs from a plant monitoring exercise, our team can provide a full package of options and recommendations for process optimisation. Our specialists have understanding of your problems and have the experience, knowledge and capabilities to offer tailored solutions.
