- In means of Act no 314/2001 and from point of view of design, construction , acceptance and use of buildings in terms of prevention of fires and to ensure conditions for effective fire fighting are defined as follows:
Ensure that during development of project documentation for buildings ,structures and realization on constructions the processes comply with the requirements of Fire Safety Engineering standards .Ensure that in case of change of use of construction or its part Fire Safety of persons or access for Fire and Rescue Brigade is not reduced.. - Majority of project documentation is assessed by District Headquarters of Fire and Rescue Brigade authority .
To develop the Project of Structure Fire Safety, or performance of certain activities in the field of Fire Protection is strictly allowed to personnel with specialized qualification.
The Project of Structure Fire Safety for construction or modification is developed by Fire Protection Specialist , who will provide advice, drawings and complete project documentation, including realization of laser measuring of the object .
