We work with our clients to develop traditional, on-line, and social media materials and strategies that encourage the participation of all stakeholders, including the hard-to-reach silent majority.

Our team conducts stakeholder consultations with the commitment to adhere to International Association of Public Participation’s best practices. We work with our clients to deliver a systematic process which provides an opportunity for stakeholders of interest to share their experience, knowledge and goals.

Our team has the right combination of scientific knowledge and communications expertise to communicate complex scientific information to a variety of audiences.  Our team has conducted risk communication briefings to various levels of government, from municipal to federal agencies, and the public.  Our team has extensive public hearings experience associated with existing and proposed industrial operations including those undergoing an Environmental Impact Assessment. Our team has provided risk communication advice to municipal, provincial and federal governments, including Health Canada and the Ontario Ministry of the Environment. We have successfully led numerous of public consultations and developed risk communication materials for complex environmental health issues. Our team has developed public education and outreach materials that are in use by public health agencies and practitioners across Canada.
