Public Inquiry Expert Witness and Support

The team at Adams Hendry has considerable experience of acting as the expert town planning witness at public inquiries and assisting clients and legal advisors in the preparation and running of inquiries. As an expert witness our role is fundamental to either making the case for a proposal or ensuring that policy supports our clients requirements. Issues on which evidence is regularly given include the need for the project and the alternative proposals that have been assessed in project development.
