All our plants worldwide are either ISO 9001 or ISO 9002 certified. Most of our products, whether traditional or leading-edge, are manufactured in accordance with the ISO 9002 standard.

Implementation of this policy requires active participation by our entire staff. With this aim in mind, Lhoist`s General Management has committed itself to:

• putting in place the necessary organisation in place and monitoring performance closely
• listening to what our customers have to say and making sure that information about quality gets through
• motivating and making every member of the staff aware that quality is the top priority in his or her daily work
• providing the training and the human and material resources necessary to meet the quality targets set annually by Management.
